Baby Yoga


I got a baby yoga DVD from Netflix and was excited to try it out with The Munchkin, but when I got home, he was exhausted. Like, fell asleep in Stephanie’s arms before she could hand him off to me exhausted. She said that he had been chatty all day long, so I guess it tuckered him out. He woke up for a little while and we hung out, but it didn’t take long for him to fall back to sleep.


Figuring that my plans were shot, I settled in and had dinner. Wouldn’t you know, he woke up after an hour. I guess it was just a nap, and not going to bed for the night.


So, I popped the DVD in and we did some yoga! The Munchkin was pretty good with it, and if he got fussy, there were some tricks shown that would calm the baby down, and they worked like a charm. After a while though, he got sleepy and needed a bottle.

He refuses to fall asleep for long and wants to be held alll the time. Unless he konks out, we’re in for a long night.

EDIT: He’s asleep now. Fingers crossed! Good timing too, because Conan just ended.
